At Blue Orange, we believe that investing in youth is investing in the future. As part of our ongoing commitment to community development and digital empowerment, we proudly sponsored the FreeUp Project, a groundbreaking freelancing initiative held in Aleppo on September 9–10, 2019.
Training, Inspiration, and Real Opportunities
Organized in collaboration with JCI Aleppo and the Aleppo Chamber of Commerce, the event brought together over 40 motivated young individuals eager to explore the world of freelancing. Over the course of three intensive days, participants were introduced to freelancing fundamentals, global platforms, market trends, and real success stories shared by freelancers who’ve built sustainable careers in the digital economy.
From Learning to Action: Beyond Sponsorship
Blue Orange’s role extended far beyond sponsorship. We offered mentorship, strategic insights, and hands-on training led by our team. At the conclusion of the program, we proudly selected five promising participants to receive direct, free training within our company giving them real-world experience and a strong starting point in their professional journey.
